Pam serves as a clinical and administrative consultant, assisting Rhode Island's long-term care facilities toward achieving optimal outcomes and compliance with state and federal regulations. Pam is a Registered Nurse and a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Previous to her role at Triad Health Care, Pam held management positions within the long-term and acute care industries. Her experience includes successful service as a Director of Nursing Services and as a Nursing Home Administrator. Pam is also certified as a Legal Nurse Consultant.
Pam received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rhode Island College in 1987 and a Masters of Science in Health Services Administration from Salve Regina University in 1997. She is also Board Certified in Gerontology and Nursing Administration from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is certified in Interdisciplinary Practice in Geriatrics through the University of Rhode Island’s Geriatric Education Program. Pam is a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators, the Long Term Care Nurses Section of RIHCA, and the National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants.
