PAMELA BIBEAULT, RNC, MS, NHA, CLNC
Principal

Pam serves as a clinical and administrative consultant, assisting Rhode Island's long-term care facilities toward achieving optimal outcomes and compliance with state and federal regulations. Pam is a Registered Nurse and a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.  Previous to her role at Triad Health Care, Pam held management positions within the long-term and acute care industries.  Her experience includes successful service as a Director of Nursing Services and as a Nursing Home Administrator. Pam is also certified as a Legal Nurse Consultant. Pam received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rhode Island College in 1987 and a Masters of Science in Health Services Administration from Salve Regina University in 1997.  She is also Board Certified in Gerontology and Nursing Administration from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is certified in Interdisciplinary Practice in Geriatrics through the University of Rhode Island’s Geriatric Education Program. Pam is a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators, the Long Term Care Nurses Section of RIHCA, and the National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants.

DIANE MACKIE, RN, BBA, JD
Clinical Consultant

Diane is a registered nurse with over 40 years of comprehensive nursing experience in a wide range of nursing specialties including medical and surgical care, coronary care and long-term care nursing. Diane received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor degree. In her role at Triad, Diane assists facilities throughout the State of Rhode Island to develop, implement and monitor a broad range of programs necessary to achieve optimimum QI/QA outcomes and to achieve compliance with state and federal regulations.


DONNA WELTER, RN, BS
Clinical Consultant

Donna brings to Triad nearly 40 years of experience in the field of nursing and health care. She is a Registered Nurse with extensive knowledge and skill surrounding the regulatory process and quality assurance. Her recent experience includes inspecting long-term care facilities to ensure compliance with state and federal care and service regulations. Donna received her Bachelor of Science Health Arts degree from the College of St. Francis of Joliet, IL in 1993 and her Nursing Diploma from Roger Williams General Hospital School of Nursing in 1972.
